I have been struggling at around problems of 1200-1300 difficulty for a month, and ever when do i get the intuition to approach the Problems it just seems like it is a fluke and not a solid logical approach. A standard approach for proofs of such to solidify my approach would be nice.

Just trust your intuition. I almost never prove in-contest.

my intuition sometime say to my: "yeah, you can use always use a greedy instead of this dp", i know this is wrong, but for make sure i have to find the case that greedy fail, this is my case, i dont belive at all my intuition :/

Been through and I think you can get over it only by practice. Solve questions with your intuition, it may go wrong but atleast you will construct thought process
