Why there are so many tags?

I think we should have some ways to solve this situation, most of these tags are useless. It's impossible to use "fft" "interactive" in problem A and B.

For example, add tags should have the permission of the problem provider.

    I guess people are just adding tags randomly without thinking. I think a good solution for this is to make a voting system similar to blog/comments, and we only use the tags with at least a number of upvotes.

I found something wrong with the tags, so I solved B and C and removed the wrong tags. But these tag appeared again after minutes.
