Are there some contests for beginners? I'd like to participate.

there is the problem set for practicing and also there is the gym .... but if you want a rated contest you can participate in Div2 contests which are anounced every once and while

Not your answer but advice:in codeforces beginners are treated really badly.Don't worry if your blogs and comments get many downvotes or few or no people answer your questions.
