Bug in GNU C++0x 4?

When I run the following code on Codeforces (compiled with GNU C++0x 4), I get a runtime error: link.

Looks like a bug. Does not reproduce on MinGW GCC 4.8.1 on Windows 7.

Tested on GCC 4.7.3, GCC 4.8.2, and GCC 4.9.2 on Linux 3.18.2. The error does not reproduce. I think it is a bug.
