Yeah, help on O would be strongly appreciated. We tried binary search and golden section search, but somehow kept getting WA.
How to solve problem E div 1? It seems that it is useful to try different rotations of source points with maybe some ternary search, but we did not get any further.
There is always an answer with at least one side parallel to some edge of the convex hull
