CF #325 Unusual time

Does somebody know the reason for the unusual time of CF #325? It's in the middle of the day and students in the morning shift won't be able to participate without being absent from school? It would be great if the round was at 2 or 3 pm so that we can go home before the contest.

So that students from other countries couldn't participate because it's too late at night?

Every time of the day is inconvenient to someone.

This round is based on tasks of a school competition in Saratov that will happen in the morning of Monday. It will be held in the same time with the original competition, so it can't be moved.
