How to set virtual contest time?

Hi, I am trying to participate virtually on codeforces beta round 86 (div 2). But as I try to register it always says "Invalid day or time format". I have tried many combinations of date-time but response is same. Does anyone know how to set the time properly? Please share.

You should put time by Moscow.

    I tried that. Moscow is 2 hrs. minus mine. But doesn't work.

      it's really strange, because I am writing virtual contest right now and I hadn't any problems

        I have just registered for round 85. It works. I didn't change the time maybe for that.
