Hi everyone. Starting next week we will be teaching our course about competitive programming at Reykjavík University in Iceland for the second time. The course lasts for three weeks, and we will post a new problem set and lecture material daily on this page so you can follow along from home.
The format of the course will be very similar to the last edition, although we'll try to bring in fresh problems for the problem sets. We would still like to get feedback from the community about the previous edition if there's anything that may be missing from the lectures or could be improved. Thanks again for all the nice messages I've received after posting the previous edition, and I hope you'll enjoy this edition as well.
Dear #1 on kattis (:D), your supplemental materials are helpful. Thanks for sharing and I hope others follow in your footsteps with teaching material. (Quick edit to say I finished all of the lesson 0 problems!)
What happened after Lecture 8 ?
Yesterday we had a national holiday. I'll upload today's stuff in a bit.
It would be helpful if you could upload editorial(atleast solutions with comments) for practice problem.
What do you mean by practice problems? If you're talking about problems discussed in the slides, I usually include solutions for them in the "additional materials" zip file. Let me know if I forgot something.
Hi There, Awesome resource.Just a small query. Was there no final exam for the 2016 edition like the earlier edition?
Just added the final exam. Thanks for the reminder.
what about discussions , are them available right now ?
