Codeforces doesn't allow using a dot in the handle but there are several users with dots (for example Jeffrey). How is it possible?

Excuse me, what?
I appreciate your effort in making this joke. Thank you
I'm not sure but I think CF allows Ellipsis but not dots...
PS: Ellipsis is a punctuation mark represented by three dots.
How did you find me?
You can use dots in your handle too. I changed to this handle in the beginning of this year, and I was surprised that this handle hasn't been occupied!
It suggests that "Field should contain only Latin letters, digits, underscore or dash characters". Maybe that's why few people use dots in their handles.
Dude, something is happening with your account:
Don't take it seriously, it's just joke :D
I can't find any reason to take it seriously :)
When I saw your handle I just wanted to share that 3 '_'s as a handle is cooler than 3 '.'s :)
