Hy to all!

I need help. I want to find server with contests and judging system, which allows to hold personal trainings. Contest duration should be from 2 to 3 hours, and difficulty of the tasks should be comparable with CodeForces Div1 rounds. I am interested in complete problemsets. Do you know servers like described one? Any help will be appreciated.
