Is anybody going to do something with that? Just asking, I don't know if I should prepare for some changes or for choosing only one of them.

This round based on Moscow Team Olympiad. We need intersection between official contest and round because we want to prevent cheating from onsite participants.
Sorry for that.
The CF round can just be later. Unless your participants invent time travel, it won't help them cheat.
The current time efficiently makes it impossible to particpate both in onsite (5hr team contest) and the codeforces round.
Do you mean you are sorry not sorry? Don't understand your reasons at all
Also you can usually write OpenCups starting a week in advance, but this time the opencup was quite amazing to allow only at saturday or sunday :(
By "usually" you mean "Snark promised it will be the case starting this year" or "sometimes in the past we managed to write OpenCups in advance"?
Anyway, I see little reason why the opencup's edition couldn't have been sunday next week
The next Sunday is just after HackerCup Finals. I won't be in Warsaw yet (and maybe I'm not the only one finalist with this problem).
Its rare to see lots of reds getting downvoted together
