Website failed to load CSS and javascript

Codeforces site is not displaying properly on my pc,all other websites are running fine I tried different browsers like firefox,edge,chrome but still getting the same problem,is there a way to fix this problem?

The same issue i had faced a few months back i deleted all cache and history from chrome browser and then it worked fine. Try it maybe it will solve your problem.

Sometimes before it's happened with me..I restarted my pc..and all ok.. I don't know your reason..But you can try by restart.

Check your system's date and time , if it's incorrect please change it. Was facing the same problem but then this worked for me.

As pointed out by robostac, SSL certificate for https://sta.codeforces.com has expired today. Internal Codeforces resources which are imported from there won't load anymore.

I guess the problem is fixed now. My webpage is loading fine again. But the webpage is showing as not secure.
Upd: Again it stopped working properly.
