Google Kickstart and Codeforces Round #676 clashing

Google Kickstart and Codeforces Round #676 are clashing. MikeMirzayanov, flaviu2001, please shift the time of the contest by few minutes and that would be alright.

I don't suppose shifting contest by few minutes will help. As google kickstart round G is of 3 hours. And it is overlapping for last 25 minutes with codeforces 676 round. Even if codeforces round is delayed by 1 hour, it will be very difficult to take part in it because 30 minutes gap is not enough. I think it should be delayed by 1 day.

    As one of the co-authors, it would be quite hard for us to host the round in a non-weekend day.

    Also there are plenty of contests every day, by your logic we should delay them all and it simply doesn't make sense.

      I am only suggesting to avoid the clash. And Kickstart takes place only once a month and people from many countries participate in it, if the number of participants would have been less then I would never have posted this.

      I know it may not be easy but I request you to do whatever possible.

      Isn't it possible to schedule the round on same day @8AM GMT? Or something around the same time as of Educational Codeforces Round 96 (Rated for Div. 2).

      PS:- Avoiding clash would be great as it would ensure more number of participants and a great competition.

    I don't know why I am been downvoted. I just presented by point of view that after every coding contest there is mental fatigue. It is not possible to give 2 contests back to back for 5 hours. Even if timings are delayed by 30 mins then also people won't be able to give 100% to codeforces contest, as their brain didn't got time to get recover from mental fatigue after participating in Google Kickstart.

    Even few may give priority to Codechef Cook off which is 1 hour after google kickstart ends. As 1 hour is enough for participants to get refresh.

Shifting the round by half an hour should do the job, what's the problem in it?
