what if I have only problem but not able to develop its problem can I still submit my idea?? PS:- I don't know anything about problem setting

    Problem-setting includes : making the statement, making the working solution, making the test data and also making the checker program if interactive/multiple valid answers. You get feedback from coordinator/admin and also from testers.

    After all this, when you problem has been successfully used in a contest without any issues, you are eligible to get the money.

How to do total overlap?

    Divide the number line into disjoint intervals, count the number of segments in both $$$A$$$ and $$$B$$$ containing each interval using difference arrays and then add contribution of each interval separately.
