While I was upsolving CF Round #709 (Div. 2) and trying to make a submission to a question, I was directed back to the Home Page and a pop up saying "You are not allowed to view the contest" came up on my screen. When I checked in the contest section, #709 (div. 2) was no where to be found in the Past Contest section ( though div1 was still available ).
Now I am confused if there is a problem from my side or the Codeforces server side. If anyone knows or understands why this might be happening kindly let me know. Thanks in advance.

Even if I key in the address directly it shows that You are not allowed to view this contest. What's wrong with that? :(
I think there is a problem from the Codeforces serverside.
