Hello, Why not codeforces add a rating system to each problem in it i.e. every user can rate the quality of the problems they solve (Quality not Difficulty).
I think this will be really helpful and convenient

I think its because that would be biased, i mean people have different tastes, and they might think some problems are trash(rating its quality) just because its some, say, clock problem or string problem or whatever else. So a problem thats actually good can turn into the worst problem of all times due to biase.
Only those who solve it should be able to vote. Good idea btw.
