I recently joined Codeforces and gave my 2nd contest (Codeforces Round #725 (Div. 3)) yesterday. None of my solutions got accepted, the only solution I submitted was showing the wrong answer on test 1, and after two round of judging, my rating has been increased by 216. This made me confused over how the rating system works here on Codeforces. Would anyone mind taking a moment to help me with this?

Previously when you give 1st codeforces contest your rating was varying from 1500 (which was default rating then), After change of rules your default rating will starts from 0 and gives you 1400 default rating after 6 rounds so in first round it gives you +500 rating so if your rating changed from 0 to 200 in first round it will be -300 as for now.
