Yeah, dude. I have OCD but "managed it" a couple years back. So, i am mostly normal. And don't blame CP performance on OCD. Ofcourse, you need to overcome it on the side and then practice practice practice.
Broh actually when i solve a good problem having a proof then my brain tends to repeat that proof again and again so that i grasp it properly but now i try not to do it as it gives anxiety at times.
Yeah this happens with me too now i am trying to avoid this. Whenever i solve a problem after reading the editorial or proof i just understand it once and move on won't try to memorize that just understand and move on. When similar trick or concept comes in another problem it will automatically click so just understand and move on.
Watch this and notice the analogy between the hockey game and competitive programming.
When you think about results (rating change) during the contest, then you will not be able to fully focus on the problem itself.
