Remember those times when people participated in ACM ICPC and wrote simplex-methods and different tools and there was no necessarity in filters, but code may not work anyway behind that code there were some non-trivial ideas comparing to nowadays where existing standards of software engineering reviews made by experts and many coders losing own ideas to follow those standards and people with inventing hacking systems on CF/TC started to obfuscate code to not get hacked and opposite movement as beautiful code-style thing (where code is neat but may not cover all test cases and have no non-trivial ideas is too broad situation) was invented, here comes a question maybe there is some closed group of persons who made conspirology theory to make others write neat code but they are writing working code?
