On the other hand, there are few discussions about how to train as a team for ICPC? I know that solving more problems and becoming GrandMaster surly helps, but in ICPC there are other things to consider. Can you please share your thoughts about this topic? in particular for coaches and contestants can you please answer these questions:

• How do you select your teams members? Is it by rating or topic knowledge? can you share what topic knowledge you consider the most? for example Math and coding skills?

• How do you train together? rely on solo training or do more contests and upsolving together?

• How much does your coach help?
