Can anyone suggest me a group where people share techniques whenever they came across and learn it !

Or can anyone take initiative, to form a group like in telegram so that interested one of similar rating could join and share different types of techniques (just a small narration about what is the technique and what actually it is solving). It will also good for individual to get a better hold on it and could also have addition to that algorithm by others.

And bonus part will be that it will help to stay motivated by growing together :)
