TLE on test case 15? why?

here is the 1942B - Bessie and MEX from CodeTON Round 8 (Div. 1 + Div. 2, Rated, Prizes!) i don't think there is any problem in the logic. but i am getting TLE on test case 15.what is the error? here is my submission 254189571
