I was trying to solve one problem, but couldn't. It's like the RMQ problem but with add at position operation.↵

There are 2 operations:↵

ADD i X   ----   ads X after ith element.<br></br>↵
QUERY l r    ----   RMQ of [l; r].↵
↵
