Why is it rated for him? It's a Div.2 round but his rating is over 2100.

I think the reason is that the registration of Codeforces Round 593 (Div. 2) was earlier than the rating changes of Codeforces Global Round 5 (he also participated in Codeforces Global Round 5,) and he registered before the rating change.
