This question is based on Markov Chains. So, for this question, we have to first find the Transition Probability Matrix, from the Given Matrix.
Let’s call this Transition Probability Matrix as Matrix-P

Using Markov Chain’s Finite State Transition Formula, we get that, the probability of going from Time State-i

At the end, we can print the saved answer (probability) for each query.
