Before downvoting, consider this: I searched for post, where I can i find relevant information. But all relevant posts are downvoted questions without any comments.

I guess that it is because, somewhere we have answer(so older and more influential users downvote it), but no one can find it(so newer users continue to spam question again and again).

So may be you will give me answer, to break this vicious circle?) Or you can downvote the hell out of me, motivating people to post this question again.
