When would the problemsetters or contest managers public the dataset ?

or not(like APIO2017)

When will there be an annoucement ? And, It says "Teams Preferred" but what I can see when register is only "as individual participant"

the problem is

A directional graph G is given. When the length of all trunks is 1, you must process two queries.

1. Remove one trunk.
2. Outputs the shortest path from vertex 1 to vertex i. If there is no path, -1 is output.

How could one be able to enable Coach Mode ? Should it be an IGM or something?
