Hello Everyone,

This year's IOI will take place on September 13-19. Let's make a thread to predict who will win!

Personally, I am rooting for William Lin(tmwilliamlin168 on CF), as I am a proud member of the William-Lin Fan CLub.

Who do you think will win?

Edit: Also, which country's team do you think will win IOI? I think based on previous years, the most likely spots for top 3 are Russia, China, and USA in that respective order.

Edit 2: China AK IOI Day 1, China will definitely win.

I am newbie here.I am surprised that most int. grandmasters and leg. grandmasters have very few submissions and I am very interested where they learn CP and train. how they can be so best? does anybody know this?

I'm fairly certain 300iq, duality, WZYYN, or tmwilliamlin168 will win IOI. Statistically speaking, 300iq has the best chances. But screw statistics, GOOOOO tmwilliamlin168!!!!!!!

    It's more of being realistic than it is being humble

    My true skills are way less than what people expect (people often confuse implementation speed and luck with ability to solve hard problems)

      Despite what William said, I believe that he was last year a strong contender for both gold and top 10 last year.

      If we look at William's score for IOI last year, we can see that he sillied on the first problem. If he had gotten a perfect score on that problem, then he would've been 10th place.

The competition will be really tough between 300iq and tmwilliamlin168. I am completely the Fan for William Lin and because of his rigorous recent Google kickstart and CF round, I think he is a better choice.
