I want to start learning geometry from the starter level and there are a lot of books about it but I can't decide which are the best for competitions like ones on Codeforces and ACM so, what are the most recommended books for that ? and thanks .

Well, as I am very knowledgeable in Geometry I can tell you that first thing you need to do is to make sure you are comfortable with a pencil. Then it comes itself.
You can start by reading the topcoder tutorial and then solving the problems left as homework.
