How to calculate ICPC rating as snarknews.info does?

On many training camps for ICPC there are ratings like this where the first team is rated 200.

Is it possible for me to calculate this rating for my university's internal training? How is this rating calculated? Is there a rating calculator?

Seems to be $$$R = 200 \cdot \dfrac{n - place + 1}{n} \cdot \dfrac{solved}{maxSolved}$$$
