In GCJ problems this year, the time limits are stated 20 seconds per test set. I don't know how many calculations could GCJ do in 1 second?

Hi everyone,
Recently, I'm working with probabilty problems, but they are still seem to be hard for me. I have done some on Codeforces along with Google for more problems, and most of them are from ProjectEuler.
I wonder if anyone have the list of probability tasks there, as there are so much problems there.
Thanks in advance!
List of some problems:
Dear Codeforces, I've done round #467 recently, quite a hard round though, a little bit decrease in rating. Then I realise that, my friend who is also took part in this contest, he found that the problems were too tough for him, then he decided to copy code from the other in order to Skip his contest result.
Here is the point: It's not fair, because even the round is hard but with this Skip trick, you won't get decrease in rating. I wish CF may fix this problem.
Suggestion: the Skip users should get some kind of penalties such as decrease rating or point, or ban them from few contests.
