I don't know of a better place where the people are more competitive than Codeforces, so I am asking here: is developing games more competitive than playing them?

I think I won't be the only one who has depression from time to time. So, maybe CPs, with whom I would definitely have common things, can give me some advice on how you fight against depression and what you are doing while being depressed. I usually play chess, but it's not helping much.
Sorry for the not relevant blog about algorithms and competitions, but maybe fighting against yourself is not a less competitive thing.
I am interested if there is any chess community of CPs somewhere ( on Reddit, or Quora) and if there are friendly inside tournaments between them on chess.com or lichess.org. If there is one, let me know.
Who are IOI 2020 participants? Has anyone already made a list of them? If so where can I find it? Else, comment your country's IOI team's handles.
UPD: Many thanks to kostka for his effort
Tomorrow I have the last day before IOI team selection tests, I don't have much chance but it's still not zero. I believe my main problem is that I often come up with wrong solutions and spend lots of time on it. Also, I can't sleep well the night before so I find it hard to concentrate during the contest. Any tips how to avoid these types of problems? And how do you spend last days before important contests?
I think when everything is over, there will remain the phrase: " Corona effect". Because of the increased number of users and participants on every platform.
IZHO is on the door.

I was wondering is there any way I can see my contribution history? Or just max/min of it?
Please share your opinion, knowledge and experience.
Look at these solutions: This one and this one . Is not it cheating? MikeMirzayanov what are you going to do against this?
Who is your favourite codeforce's blogger and why?
