Verifying Human ??????

This was showing the entire time during todays contest ,and couldn't submit more than problem A! As I was facing this problem, I thought everyone was facing this issue, But when the contest ended it looked like I was the only one who was suffering from this! Screenshot-2024-07-30-212055)

what should I do to avoid this ?

You can try signing in and giving contest through incognito mode, that has helped me sometimes. Also a stronger internet connection (if possible) helps. Other than that, I don't have any idea and just suffer my bad luck when it happens.

Try using m1.codeforces.com . It worked for me.

Do not use college wifi as it can be problem as many students try from same network.

Yesterday I faced the same problem as you.I tried m2.codeforces.com but it didn't show me problems and did not let me even just submmit.Hope this situation would be improved soon.

    same, usually this problem resolves automatically, but yesterday this "Verifying Human" was showing for almost 1 hour, I thought everyone was facing this and the contest will be underrated ,but it seems I was the only one unlucky !

I faced this issue on my first contest. Make sure your browser is updated, Your internet connection is good (try not to use free wifi that can be used by many people at a time).

You can try clearing cache and cookie data of your browser.

All this worked for me.

You can also use codeforc.es, this website does not have human verification. (Human verification indeed takes a long time)

encountered the same issue for me the fix was if i already have codeforces opened and the contest started, it just gets stuck on the verification so i just open codeforces in a new tab and join the contest it will still verify but it will take like 5 — 10 seconds instead of forever on the first tab.

worked for me maybe it will for you.

    usually this problem resolves automatically and I tried everything yesterday ,even I tried to log in from my second codeforces account in a different browser, but it was showing the same thing, So I thought everyone was facing this !

    If I have to do all these things, How can I concentrate on the contest ???

Bro, Try using mirror codeforces much better than regular codeforces while contests.

It happens to me in each contest. Try using different browsers, one of them will always work. I use Chrome, Edge and Brave.

it signals one significant thing *(may be) that your internet connection is pretty slow. Once, I had a slow internet issue, this verification thing kept repeating for eternity ,so i couldn't read a single problem :)

i am not sure about this tho
