Is there a leaderboards problem?

I often glanced at the Top rated users and this guy named Mifafaovo was almost always on the top. Now he's just gone. But, if you google search the name and then access the profile from the search results you can see that he still has more rating points than everyone else, 3681 points. Was this removed manually for some reason or is this a bug?

Edit: So, I think the 6 months thing makes sense, but I just checked the Rating(All) page which is no different from the "Rating" page. Is the Rating(all) page supposed to show all ratings, even if they haven't participated in a contest in the past 6 months?

He hasn't participated to any rated contest in the last 6 months.

    Oh. That makes a lot of sense now, thanks for the answer. Thing is, then the Rating(All) page should be changed to also say "in the past 6 months" because only the "Rating" page says that
