Rating count had changed after rejudgement of some contest including Pinlay Round 3. But some remained uncaught.
Solution of Problem B :1909B - Make Almost Equal With Mod of a user during contest is exactly same, just changed the variable name {rem1 , rem 2} to {r1, r2}.
After analyzing the two submission, I realized the contestants are exactly one person. He uses one CF handle to backup his wrong submission penalty and use other handle to submit the accepted solution.

A request to codeforces authority to rejudge the previous rounds once again if possible. If not possible , please make a solution to prevent cheating.
